THE APPROACH
Our approach is to NOT lifelong process or long term commitment plan. It is one of rapid transformation with minimal initial commitment. So that you can  quickly see for yourself that it works and you can see yourself actually conquering and completing it!! (BEFORE you embark on the actual conquest)
This is done by use of education, empowerment and implementation.
You preach what you practice.
You learn when you lead.
You change how you think by changing what you do.
THE HOW
Educate you to unlearn destructive “societal norms” of health.
Empower you to INTERNALLY motivate yourself and cause that in others.
AND
Implement structure, planning and documenting to bulletproof your continual progress.
The approach is to make something so easy to “try” that you don’t even have to think about it! AND have you see for yourself that it works and you actually “like” it. That’s ALSO why we offer the. Because 30 days is more than an adequate amount of time to ensure you see results and see the program in it’s entirety.
THE PROCESS
It’s a 3 tiered program with a start and end date AND a goal that can be tracked and completed.. as opposed to just collecting humans and trapping you forever. ALTHOUGH… you’ve been warned, some do never leave!
PHASE 1: But like any relationship, it all starts with a TRIAL.
Then, assuming we still like each other, we shall challenge you to a duel:
PHASE 2: A personal goal-oriented CHALLENGE in exchange for BIG Monetary$ and Material Incentives. Universal Motivators.
Now the only thing that remains is to created lasting mental and physical change in you so that you NEVER go back to any old or self destructive habits. AND if you do you don’t stay there:
PHASE 3: A complete TRANSFORMATION of mind and body is what is needed to take and keep you at that next level!
 
THE WHY
I’ve tested, tried, and created prob hundreds of challenges over the last 10 years or so..
The underlying thread that gets people the greatest results is the reward/pleasure model. It’s kinda how we are hard-wired as humans anyways, so all our challenges play off of that basic instinct.
It’s rare that people can change something no matter how IMPORTANT it may seem to them.
It’s only when it is URGENT that change takes place.
There’s a saying about a smoker who doesn’t quit even though he has lung cancer, but then he finds that he only has 2 months to live and if he keeps smoking it’ll be less and less so he’s finally able to quit cold turkey without a prob because of the urgency/pleasure factor.
I know that’s kind of a morbid example, but truth is eating, drinking, and sleeping poorly can be just as bad.
So the challenge is designed to evoke urgency and passion(meaning you come to enjoy it when you see it working) 
Our mission is and always  has been to make the world a better place by STRETCHING the limits of space and time and mediocrity… one body at a time.
