HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED:
Refunds are issued on the 30th day of your program regardless of date requested. The reason being is that we typically reinvest 50% of all income back into advertising and it will enable us to plan better. However, if you still feel after 14 days the program is not right for you, please notify us and we can approve request sooner. The reason why we feel 2 weeks is needed is because the first 2 weeks is the most common timeframe people quit and give up on anything. The mind will make up EVERY excuse it can conjure: The work outs, The nutrition, weather, finances, spouses, family, traffic, etc. But ONCE you start seeing results everything will change and none of that will stop you. In fact NOTHING will stop you. As long as you continue to see results you will most likely stay with us indefinitely. Our stance is that the first measurement shouldn’t count, but if you are not seeing results by the 3rd monday of your program entering week 2, SOMETHING is definitely not working. Also EVERY workout is very different so some you might love and others not as much. But each has their own benefits.

Refunds are issued in the form of a check from Bands and Body, inc to keep tax info organized. They can be sent to home address.
