About this workout:
This workout is unlike anything you’ve ever done or seen before. MLRT or Multi-Limb Resistance Training is the NEWEST most INNOVATIVE way to workout. It’s a music synchronized workout, similar to Pilates combined with Martial  Arts. It looks at the entire body as an interconnected system rather than the traditional approach of taking it apart one muscle group at a time. Meaning you get MORE DONE in less time AND you strengthen your nervous system (Balance, coordination, and control). It basically gives you extreme control and awareness over your body. It’s a cool feeling!
It is perfect for the Fitness Maniac down to the Senior Citizen.
Prepare for a High intensity/Low-impact workout. Meaning no jumping or backflips!
Make sure to arrive 10-15min early, specify any injuries, and hydrate prior to the class. THERE ARE NO WATER BREAKS.

From Ocean Ave Parking lot just walk straight down the pier and go left onto the boardwalk, pass the volleyball courts, the lifeguard headquarters, and the public restrooms and right after you’ll see our big green flag.
